I was never mico managed. In fact, I was never really managed come to think of it.
Cons
Way too many products with NO true focus on core concept and product roll-out. You will find that the company moral is very low and most employees are JUST waiting for another opportunity. This lack of enthusiasm has begun to erode their customer base, and will continue to do so. If you take a position with this company expect a new direction at least every 60-90 days. If you are looking for a company that is run like an automotive retail environment and you know what I mean�. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
