Terrible company to work for - Personal Lines Insurance Broker One Insurance Group Employee Review

Overworked. When I had my interview and when I was hired I was told I was only supposed to cover the front for MPI during lunch breaks. That was never the case. We were given a schedule to where we had to be available for walk in customers 4 hours out of our day. That was more than half of hour day taken away from us. Lots of work and not enough time in a day to complete it. Our manager was never in the office, rather she’d be “working from home.” It was impossible to get a hold of her. No support from her either, when I would tell her I feel overwhelmed with my workload and ask how I should go about it, she would then turn it around and said I was complaining. This company is constantly hiring and people are always coming and going. Unless if you’re desperate for a job then go for it, otherwise stay far away from this company.
