      - Nice people - Product that makes a difference - Some great company events in the past

      Cons

      - Excessive workload! - Lack of proper longer-term planning - Chaotic processes and lack of cross-team coordination that create lots of daily uncertainty and ever-changing plans - Management involvement in minor operational decisions outside their core expertise - Not large enough office located in the industrial neighbourhood full of drug addicts

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with them and would welcome a chance to come back. There's a good sense of camaraderie and people were patient while i was learning my way around.

      Cons

      Not all processes spelled out so you I had to ask a lot of times for help.

      International colleagues. Very nice people, for the most part.

      Cons

      Leadership team is under tremendous pressure from Investors to deliver exponential results and who seems to have no idea how to deliver them other than to exhort staff to "work harder".
