The People! Omni is by far the most supportive and happy company I have ever worked for. Range of opportunities available for you to develop and get promotions, if this is what you want Loads of flexibility around personal situation (if you want 3-4 days per week for example) Autonomy to do the role you are employed to do without micro management
Cons
Whist it is positive that the company is growing, sometimes this means we are not always fully prepared resource wise. That said, the senior team are reviewing and making changes all the time to ensure we have the people to deliver the requirements of our customer contracts.
