This company has a great working environment. It is extremely friendly and very team-oriented. It is not strange to see developers walking into each others offices requesting help or guidance on any topic, work related or not. This is a great place to start off.

The software product Resolve is not as exciting as I had hoped. Working on this product usually leaves me wanting to get home as soon as possible. There is not much variation in the type of work that you do every day. This often causes one to get easily bored. If the company had a broader range of products available to its developers, then maybe the work would not be as dull.
