Pros
Small organization, easy to get to know a little bit of everyone. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Unit staff work very cohesively.
Cons
Management is horrible. Seen too many interdepartmental friendships within upper management that make it almost impossible to have a complaint without being retaliated against. The company used to care about their employees but more recently staff have become a number and are replaceable at the drop of a dime. It is sad. Replace management, problem solved.
