Pros
the best thing in my job is my team. All the osp team members are so helpful and provide continue assitance throughout my learning at healthcare domain. It gave 2 weeks paid training on many subjects from their internal process to coding standards to code audit tool. It helped me to get inside of the osp.
Cons
just one, allow few developers to select on which technology better for the project as opinion.
