      Pros

      Was allowed to grow professionally and gained quite a bit of experience in a new field. All suggestions for improvements and new ideas were heard with an open ear. The owner interacted with and appreciated each of his employees.

      Cons

      Rough economic times and ever increasing competition have a made this a difficult business to stay with. Sometimes a too relaxed atmosphere harmed productivity and inhibited the company's growth.
