I would like to preface this by saying I hope this company never disturbs the peace of healthcare workers ever again. ORCHA is one if the most toxic environments I've worked in, with a culture of blame and micromanagement.
If you value your mental health and work life balance, stay as far away from this company as possible. They micromanaged a whole team of staff out of the company. They waste so much time reinventing their processes and 0 time actually providing the space and time to implement any successful changes.
There is absolutely no recognition for hard work below the SLT level. When asking for training and upskilling they lead you up the garden path and leave you there, only offering opportunities to progress and develop to whom they wish.
There is a culture of SLT stalking diaries and questioning you on why there are “not enough” meetings in there. All they care about is a team “bEiNg ViSibLE” which is an absolute joke. They have no insight into what your role entails, constantly undermining feedback from staff. They have meetings about meetings about meetings, leaving little time to actually do the work. They will then look down on staff who chose to stick to 9-5 hours, without offering to pay additional for overtime.
Will hire staff claiming role is WFH but then change this saying it’s a hybrid model and expect staff to travel hundreds of miles several times a week. If you live outside of company area, please keep this in mind.
There is a heavy churn and burn culture I.e. hiring people and sacking them before their probation is over. People who do stay past their probation then leave in droves shortly after realizing what they've entered into. Company is riddled with blame culture, finger pointing and brown nosing.
Looks shiny on the socials but in not even mildly brass inside. And that’s not even scratching the surface.
