Pros
- If you are looking for an easy role, full of gossip and rumours where little is required of you other than turning up to work, then it's a great place - Diversity and inclusion is well spread across the company
Cons
A waste of time. Many iterations of different Directors cannot solve the rot at the core. Work here for a year and that is all you need to do. Changes are hard to come by and you will be medicated into submission by the 'family culture'
