Stop already... - Recruiter Novotus Employee Review

The most recent postings on here, are from new management, who while crushing the very souls of their team, are highlighting the themes of Novotus past. Sort of like walking through a weird version of "Scrooge", and seeing what was once there, now touted like it still exists, from the very people who killed it all. Managers empty employees desks, after the employee has left, and try to share it with other existing recruiters. Like trying to salvage someone else's trash and handing it off to current employees. It is not just sad, it is rude and ridiculous, to think that one employee would like to hold on to another employee's award or desk belongings.
