Pros
Great team members (most of which are looking), a select few managers, tools, the recruiting model (in theory). Good place to learn if you are a very junior recruiter.
Cons
Management, pay, career advancement, communication - all of which of course leads to the the very high rate of turnover the company continues to experience.
