      Odebrecht has a strong culture. It is full oriented to get results and it applies a fair rewards policy. The company uses a very powerfull tool, PA Cycle (Program of Action Cycle), to leverage its strategy in all working levels.

      Cons

      The company sustentability in the short and medium terms is facing a lot of problems and they have to be addressed fast.

      - Diversity in the company is great. You can find people from different countries. - Friendly people. People working here feel it like a friendship circle to respect and help each other - Very experienced. People here have a lot of experience. - Great Work Culture

      Cons

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
