      Management is sorry. There are too many clowns and not enough people wanting to do their jobs properly. They all take it as a joke. Not a place I care to work for ever again

      Pros

      Your pay rate for Operator and Assistant. 15 for Operator. 14 for Assistant.

      Cons

      Pressure to produce production. Lack of Lock Out, Tag out procedures. Breaks and Lunch breaks vary, if you get them. I would get 30 minutes, for a 12 hour shift. You are suppose to get 3, 15 minute breaks and 1, 30 minute lunch. Supervisors can't get in agreement with what is approved. Machines need maintenance, but company waits till it breaks down to fix. If you can keep the machine running without fixing permanently or temporarily works.
