      There are none, and ummm there are none.

      Rudest management in Canada, and I should know because I am one of them, essentially. The culture here towards people on the floor is disgusting, 3rd world disgusting. Standards do not exist. I am sorry, you should escape soon, if you can. Contracts are not being renewed

      Pros

      This place was one the best places I have ever worked at. The people that work there are some of the best people out there. I started my career in Aerospace at this company and I gained so much knowledge from so many smart people that were more than willing to teach.

      Cons

      I was way overdue for a raise. They weren't willing to give me more money and pay what i/we were worth. I waited three years to get my review and a increase in pay. And when they gave me .25 cents, it was time to go.
