Pros
The working time is VERY flexible. There are also lot of leisure facilities. No overtime needed.
Cons
The salary is an average (or below average) without any increase or well defined career path to follow, so I'd rather not recommend it to newcomers. There have been many layoffs recently, so there are no bonuses at all. The senior management is also quite clumsy, the last three years were disastrous (I write this in 2013)
