Pros
It is a gptw, facilities are amazing and also Nokia is concerned about their employees, they offer you trainings so that you can make the best performance.
Cons
From my perspective, organization could be improved a little bit by giving the employees easier ways to acquire some facilities like the laptop (I think that, when you arrive, you should not wait for the OS image and the installation). Besides this, I think that the coffee machine could be improved by changing the use of disposable glasses. From my perspective, a machine that only offers the product without giving you the recipient could be better. I mean, we could save resources by using real glasses or cups.
