"Good Benefits" Benefits have been decreasing since two years ago but still better than other companies, Flexible hours and Home Office (it Depends a lot of your manager and workload area).
Cons
It depends a lot of your manager, if your manager is INCOMPETENT, then you will start feeling like you were working in Huawei, HR are hiring Managers without Vocation and the required capacity to lead a team, in consequence many people decide to quit Nokia and the teams are full of new joiners and very few experienced resources. The salary is too low compared to the complexity and the workload. Unless You're Very Lucky and with the help of someone else, dont expect a significant salary increasement or even a career opportunity path. not extra pay for weekend work, or off-business hours work.
