Big turnover and not enough nurses

Pay in line for the region, and the job title. More flexibility and responsibility than similar positions at other companies. Some good and some bad senior management and hasn't changed in years.

Purchased by a VC that immediately removed the collegial atmosphere and put everyone on notice that their job was on the chopping block every day. Created snitches within the company so you could no longer assume conversations were private.
