      Pros

      - Easy to land a position. - Pretty easy going workplace. - Free pop (if that matters to you) - video games during work hours (if you care)

      Cons

      - pay is far under market value. - little to no training. You will be learning most of what you need on your own - job postings are not accurate. - require more out of you but salary doesn't reflect this

      Completely remote position. Good package. Employee Friendly management.

      Cons

      Got acquired by another big company and then layoffs happened. Policies got less employee friendly.

      Had good exciting opportunities to explore technically

      Some of the management folks were short sighted and forced technical teams on temporary solutions rather than long term solutions to satisfy the clients
