Michelin brand name has great strength

- The Michelin brand name is the only thing keeping this company afloat - Management spent an incredible amount of $$$ during a business conference in March celebrating the transition from NexTraq to Michelin Connected Fleet which led to the company not meeting profitability goals for Michelin parent company - Management subsequently let a good number of employees go due to that mismanagement - Poor product and lack of market share growth - CEO is tone deaf to the needs of employees. Sparkling water isn't a great perk.
