      Pros

      There are no pros working for this company, very poorly managed. No training and no support, you are literally thrown to the wolves. Written agreements mean nothing to the management they simply ignore their own written agreements.

      Cons

      The management group currently working there is definitely the worst I've ever worked for in my career.

      Pros

      No micromanaging if work is getting done and results are being shown... Great work life balance, flexible schedule, etc.

      Cons

      You are by yourself in a big territory, so if that is not for you then its not for you.... Management is always a phone call away for help needed.
