Pros
Great exposure to engineering technology and industries. Good experience and guidance given. Employer trusts you with a lot of responsibility (more on this in cons).
Cons
Management is lacking. Lots of responsiblity a s result of lack of management, resulting in a lot of errors and pie on your face moments in front of customers. Work/Life Balance is non-existent. Employee base can be immature and often a few people become overloaded as a result.
