11yOur core values include “Self Management”, and “Non-Hierarchical Structure” (under the “People” value). We try to hire people who work with minimum management and hierarchy. This does wonders to our flexibility and growth (150 – 250% year on year). And we do not agree that we do not have any “designs”. We try and plan every project extremely meticulously. Our processes however are ever evolving and improving, so we welcome your feedback. We also have an internal Discourse, where you are welcome to post your views.
