9yAs the founder & CEO of this company, its incredibly painful to read your review. At the same time, I very much appreciate your honest feedback and, I'm truly sorry that you did not feel appreciated. One of the main reasons I founded this company is so that employees at Navstar feel valued, appreciated and do not feel like just "a number" on a spreadsheet. As we are growing, I realize we are not perfect and, can make mistakes however, we are always doing our very best to improve. However, we cannot improve, if we do not know we are doing something poorly. We have routine surveys that go out to all our employees (for anonymous feedback) and, of course leaders in place to assist with any concerns. My door is always open to any employee that wants to vent and, or provide constructive feedback on how we can improve. Thank you again, for your honest feedback.
