      Corporate lunches, work laptop, nice building

      Cons

      Everything posted that's a con, believe it!! They will micromanage your day. Also, they'll set you up for failure when you question any of the outdated methods. "That's the way we've always done it" is the attitude with those people.

      Same as anywhere else as you can imagine but no worse, show up on time and don't be an idiot and you'll go far.

      Pros

      You have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Many people have side gigs.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are slightly below standard. The company culture feels like a group of disconnected strangers—a few, very tenured employees mixed with a large number of new people. Silo mentality and DEI are everywhere—a lot of finger-pointing and unchallenged assumptions about how work is done.
