They have unrealistic expectations of their employess and grandiose ideas of themselves.
They generate lack-luster content for SANS. They are just a cog in the SANS money machine.
Every criticism delivered in feedback, which they ask for weekly, is taken personally by the founding members.
The ability to learn internally and cross-functionally is only available when it is in the companies interest, not the employees despite what they claim during recruitment.
