Pros
- Direct managers were very good - Bonus was good
Cons
- Company hired lots of people to work remotely going 1x per week to the office and changed it to 5 days a week forcing the majority of the team to leave. - HR was not aware about the laws and very hard to communicate as they will always postpone everything to get advise from somewhere. - No maternity leave - Communication with the main team in Canada is very hard which makes some people work much more than others, as nobody knows anything, specially after the main managers left the company.
