      Pros

      Decent dividend payments. Flexi was a bonus until they took it off us.

      Cons

      Salary! HR department! Some of the higher managers are sexist and make crude comments. Only get on if your face fits, one girl was on her third lot of training as couldn't do the job yet exceeded in all her appraisals.

      The reality of the situation is that MyCSP is a family. We look after one another. It’s a great place to work with genuine great people.

      Cons

      If you want to work for a company that doesn’t care about you and sees you as a number, then don’t work for MyCSP.
