Pros
- Good opportunities for the begginers in the game publishing - Snacks and fruits in the office, friday pizza time, and it's a game industry after all.
Cons
- Low budget chinese/russian products (my.com is a part of mail.ru) - Incompetent planing & budgetting in high management that could make the KPI really hard to achive. - Always try to pay less if they can. Even ask to agree on a new contract with lower compensation during the reduction.
