Hi, I am pleased to hear that you value the talented team you worked with at Multiverse - we focus on hiring dedicated, exceptional individuals who are committed to our mission. However, it's concerning to read some of your thoughts. We are proud of our diverse and inclusive workforce and while we acknowledge there's room for improvement at senior levels, it’s crucial to note that we're making great strides in this space—56% of our colleagues identify as women, including 60% at director level or above! Addressing your comments about our ask us anything sessions with the Senior Leadership Team, a group I am apart of, I can 100% guarantee those questions aren’t scripted. As for your comment about our tech offering, we pride ourselves on continually innovating and building on our unique offering in the education sector. Our acquisition of Eduflow, our hiring of Ujjwal (CTO) and continued investment in AI to name a few, proves otherwise. Finally, I’m sorry to hear that your experience at Multiverse didn’t live up to your expectations, but it’s important to remember that organizations are complex and evolving.
