Pros
I worked under a boss that didn't let me contribute to any project. But as an individual, you need to voice it out otherwise nothing will be done. The mentors now are more interactive and supportive. Ask around who you will be working under, which team before you join.
Cons
No work-life balance People will call in the middle of the night. Calls get scheduled at 11 pm on the same day. Expect to be called into the office on weekends without any prior notice. Creatives are treated like slaves and are expected to work for more than 14 hours a day. If you try to voice it out, they will say just one more week, we are hiring more people. Weeks turn into months and months into years and you're still overworked and nothing changes.
