Company is engaging in illegal activities, such as mistreatment of employees, corruption, breaching of human rights. Employees are often kept without legally obtained work permits under different excuses. Local government officials are usually involved in providing illegal services to the company for cash. Employees passports are kept either by company management or local immigration offices and employees kept in fear of arrest and deportation.
