The people the organization serve are located at the administrative office.
Cons
Very short sighted outlook on actual business decisions. Training at the onset of the job was very spotty and building a cadence for on-boarding/training was not a priority. Clarity in role is another area to improve upon. There seems to be a lack of explicit expectations for events and what is asked upon you.
