Not good company - ASM (Area Sales Manager) Miric Biotech Employee Review

Miric Biotech a good company to start as a fresher. I would recommend to all fresher. A good learning experience to groom my future and handle works in a professional way. Great learning experience, it teaches you to be the best competitive atmosphere. Lot of pressure during certain seasons - survival of the fittest. Best pay in the market, good client facing exposure. It instills discipline and a positive attitude in you. Apart from work, Most occasions are celebrated with participation from the entire team. There is enough opportunity for people to shine despite the massive growth of the company has experienced in the last year and a half.

It is a Fraud Company...don't join or invest any money in this company

This is a Fraud company...it wont pay any salary, TA, DA or anything to the employees...they select people from all over India as ASM & RSM with lucrative Salary, through Telephonic or Skype interview and ask them to come at Delhi office on their own costs for 3 days training, after 21 days they supposed to reimburse all the Expenses during the said period, but as I told they will not going to reimburse anything , After one month they will block your reporting portal without any intimation and suddenly you came to know another person had been recruit in your place......!! Now my question is ever you heart that any company can do the same with their employee.....?? Now if they can do the same with their employee then what they will treat with you as a business partner after getting 42 Lakh as a so called Security Deposit from a C&FA. Though as a C&FA as per the others company's rules there are the both facilities given BG OR Security Deposit. But they are only asking Security Deposit (DD + Cheque). Now you can understand if they can cheat with their employee,then what they will do with you after getting such a big amount (42 Lakh). So please don't trust this company and it's take offer...its waste of your time and money...!! Its my personal experience (I have a proof that I was cheated by this Fraud Company as a employee) and also known the same from Miric former employees
