- A fun and engaging team, both in the local office as well as globally - A great learning environment and supportive managers - Good commission pay structure for commercial teams - if you're a strong performer you can make endless amounts - Good office location in the CBD, easy to access via public transport and lots of lunch options around - Also feel like no matter what level you are at, you can speak up with a new idea or something you are unhappy about and you will be taken seriously
Cons
- Relatively flat structure (which is both good and bad) - Fast growing team and office has limited meeting rooms available
