      Pros

      Talented and hardworking employees. Staff pulls together to help each other on projects

      Cons

      PR is a tough industry and hard work, but it does not mean being micromanaged and overworked until the point of burn out. Staff uses this as a stepping stone to move onto much better. The turnover is like no other company. There is almost a whole new staff every year or two. Almost all positive reviews have been posted due to request from the CEO in response to each TRUE negative review.

      - The industry is brutal, toxic, and utterly exhausting. - Long hours are constant, leading to immediate and severe burnout. - The workload is overwhelming and relentless. - The toxic environment and coworkers completely drain energy and morale.
