Worst company to work - be it at any stage of your career!!! - Business Consultant Milagrow Employee Review

This is the company which has changed my life for the better on both professional and personal fronts. I joined the company in 2012 and have left in 2019. Even after I resigned I was treated so well that my respect increased for the value system the company preaches even more. The company follows the philosophy of live with integrity, grow with dignity. They use of any unethical means is a strict no. The company also teaches you calmness and correct balance between personal and professional life. Numbers are important but not like my previous company. The company taught us the products as well as invested a lot in refresher courses and sales skills. It was here that I learnt that selling is actually not selling at all. I was taught to deal with the customer with empathy and honesty. The results automatically came. I am thankful that I got to work in a such a great company.

The narrow focus on Robots is the reason for smaller size but I do understand that it can be a big advantage in times to come

I joined the company 3 years ago. I was a fresh engineer from college. My english wasn't too good. I was fascinated by Robots and hence joined the company. In teh initial few days I found the job very tough. I suddenly stopped going. The MD himself called me. Explained to me how initially Robots can be intimidating and how a student needs to graduate to being a professional. I learnt the products through excellent and rigorous training. I was taught how to repair as well as sell teh products. The company devised excellent systems to support customer service. In the 2nd year of my jon I got married. The company showed excellent understanding and also showed care. In the 3rd year of my job me and my husband decided to plan our family. I am leaving the company now due to some health complications but the company has been more than fair and caring. I wish that there are more such companies in India.

They are very honest and straight forward and sometimes people can misunderstand this form of communication.
