Cons
- Flat organization and not very deep in all functional areas - Takes a special type of person to thrive in this very fast environment - People that need lots of direction to execute do not last long or should not apply - Pockets not deep as compared to MSFT, AMZN, etc but ability to influence and impact business is significant at Microscan
