      Pros

      Very fluid organization that has tried to maintain it's position in the BPA, EA, BPM market place. We will see where the future lies.

      Cons

      Metastorm has had some significant challenges to maintaining it's organizational structure. Management has attempted numerous and different tactics to remedy the situation.

      Innovative, customer focused, cares about employees

      There really are not any downsides to working at the firm. The key will be keeping the work challenging.
