Pros
I've worked at a few software companies and many tend to leaad with marketing and have poor products, and even worse customer successes. Oddly enough, Metastorm is the opposite. The products are wonderful, work incredibly well, and fit perfectly together. The most amazing thing is the culture. Everyone seems to love it here and wants to go out of their way to help you, the customers, and most importantly win. The communication from executives is great. They invest in quarterly kickoffs with the team and tell you exactly what's going well, and where we need to improve. If you want to work at a company with great products, who is focused on customer success (and has done it repeatedly), with an opportunity to do what you want with great autonomy, this is the place for you.
Cons
People are in various locations so you have to keep the lines of communication open. If you've worked in a larger company this is easy. If you're used to everyone being in one place then you'l' need to adjust
