The maintenance manager is bussy chasing his operator girlfriend giving her big raises with the help up upper management,back stabbing his crew,taking all the credit,not giving fair raises,lie on the yearly review for the worst of maintenance department employees,,,human resources department not helping it all,,,sexual harassment left and right on the company,,,they allow maintenance manager to be with employees for years they don’t do nothing and both still there, Favoritism on the company,,, Hard workers go unnoticed, upper management they don’t know what they doing,,, fire, people left and right, and give more work for the workers they stay, they don’t care about safety issues they only want numbers, numbers, numbers, money, money, money,,,,not give opportunities to grow and less you part at the cool crew,,osha need to look at this company breaks every rules
