Pros

Mercy has a great mission and provides needed services to residents. I WAS proud to work here We do good but not good enough A few years ago ‘culture’ would have been a strength but that is lost now from outside hires and silo thinking

Cons

Execution and impact is now marginal with too much waste of time and talent and $ from poor exec communication and turf battles at exec level. Culture was a strength at Mercy to get things done until recent turnover of the exec team for outside boomer hires across the board. We lost our way and became average now the morale is LOW. I don’t know our leaders anymore and they don’t know us, they just talk to themselves in closed board rooms

Pros

The pto was great and bonuses from time to time.getting off early on fridays

Cons

The maintenance guys get treated horribly and you'd be lucky to see the property managers available at any given time. No appreciation, and lots of drama that was very draining. Hard to get anything done when you're always dealing with drama. The workload is stressful and an opportunity for someone young who wants to learn.
