Pros

Working out of several offices for the company, I was trained by people who made it through the program - being mentored by them is better than any training you buy. They give you the freedom and flexibility to develop new accounts your own way - they let you negotiate a deal instead have having to get approval from a sales manager for every aspect of the deal.

Cons

Commission only - 15% Residuals starting out - The actual owners of the company (c-level) tend to play favorites with corporate resources.

Pros

Not much of anything. If you want an unprofessional, noisy, immature environment to work in, than you'll find that here. You get a phone and PC to work at, but be prepared to supply your own supplies, and work off of lame lead lists.

Cons

No one knows anything about the other services and platforms other than the simple card swiper. The training is ridiculous, takes place after a long 8 hour day 3 days a week and primarily covers how to hustle your potential customer, customer/employee support is extremely limited, slow and not very knowledgible. Customers get ripped off because the services they are told they will receive/qualify for (ie. 24 hour money deposit for the merchant) is usually NOT the reality which isn't found out until after the contract is signed. Your trained to lie about their not being a contract to get the merchant to sign, I can go on and on . They also cannot beat competitors that are already heavily in the marketplace and servicing your potential clients or are looking for a new provider.
