Pros
No company is perfect, small or big, and for a larger company, I'm impressed with how happy I've been. The people are enjoyable to work with, there aren't any egos, and everyone is very professional, easygoing, and supportive. There is a lot of diversity as far as cultures and backgrounds and some diversity when it comes to ideas and perspectives. I recommend Meraki if your priority is to enjoy the people you work with. The benefits and compensation are competitive too. I'm happy that I joined a company that continues to perform well, promotes fully remote and hybrid work, and strives to focus on the customer experience.
Cons
The company is metric and process driven and lacks organization and management alignment, which is to be expected for a large company (at least in my experience). Attempts are made for process improvements, sometimes successful, but could use improvement.
