Pros

When joining I was skeptical of all the positive reviews however having joined I can absolutely confirm these are accurate. Here are my thoughts - From what I've seen, the company's Core Values are genuinely upheld and reflected consistently in its actions. The MQ culture is amazing. - The onboarding experience was probably one of the best I have had. There was some issues during the hiring period purely down to external parties but MQ were absolutely fantastic throughout this - providing quick communication, support and reassurance throughout the whole process. - The company offers a fantastic product and a modern, well-integrated tech stack—tools like Slack, Gong, G Suite, and Gainsight make my role significantly more efficient. The product itself is impressive and continuously evolving with best practices and user feedback clearly influencing its direction. We're also fortunate to collaborate with an exceptionally talented tech and engineering team, all of which contributes meaningfully to success within my role. - One of my favourite aspects of working here is the strong emphasis on autonomy. Individuality is truly respected, while guidance and support are always available when needed. I’ve never experienced a work environment quite like this, and it’s been a real game-changer. It aligns perfectly with how I work best - and likely how many others thrive - enabling optimal performance and success in the role. - The people: the people deserve their own mention alone. There is a lot of talented professionals at MQ. Everyone is willing to help, support & assist. There is a hands on/team effort approach. It's a collaborative & synergistic environment. People are interested and passionate about their role and the mission of MentorcliQ. - What stands out most for me is that I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. It's rare to find a role that feels this fulfilling - both professionally and personally. The combination of meaningful responsibilities, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to make a real impact creates a strong sense of purpose. It's incredibly motivating to be in a role where I feel both challenged and valued. Overall, I can say MQ is a flexible, fun, positive and genuinely rewarding place to work - an environment where you can truly thrive.

Cons

No real major cons to mention. Periods of scaling and growth can bring usual growing pains but they are minimised for the most part by strong communications and leadership at MQ. As the company scales globally, I believe there is room for improvement in aligning compensation and benefits more competitively for employees in European regions. Ensuring consistency and market alignment in these areas would further enhance its already strong employer value proposition. Nonetheless, the company's openness to feedback and ongoing efforts toward global parity are really encouraging signs of its commitment to employee well-being.

Pros

I love that what I read on Glassdoor and heard in customer testimonials while interviewing has proven to be true! We have a remote first culture that works, a team who goes above and beyond for clients, and a leadership team who values feedback. Excellent onboarding experience!

Cons

If you’re accustomed to traveling to see clients regularly, it will be a transition for you.

Pros

MentorcliQ is the exact kind of company you're drawn to come back to. As one of two boomerangs on the marketing team, I gave up so much when I initially left the team to pursue another opportunity. MentorcliQ offers great compensation, very flexible work-from-home structure, a "results over hours" perspective, and a unique appreciation for working families. I can't count the number of times I have seen babies and kids on work calls (including my own). Nobody ever complains - people love to see 'em. Positively, none of that intimates a slack culture (though we do use Slack - constantly). Instead, the company leans into its core values of FunHAT (Fun, Helpful, Ambitious, Thoughful). You're still expected to show up, show out, and go above and beyond, while bringing your own unique flavor to the organization.

Cons

The company is very growth oriented. For most employees, this means high expectations for personal and professional development. That can be a big ask for some people, even with the support structures in place.
