I have been working at Mendix full-time for more than a year
Pros
- Fun and smart colleagues.
- Good work environment. Although currently too crowded, the office is still a nice place to work and will grow with additional floor soon.
- Primary benefits are okay.
Cons
- Unit cannot keep up with the growth of the company at all. There are really inexperienced employees on management positions and this leads to low performance and many questionable decisions.
- Bad communication within unit/company.
- Secondary benefits pretty poot (in R&D).
- Asking employees to fill in positive Glassdoor review.

Pros
Mendix selects the "best-of-the-best" to fill their roles. Not only looking for an individuals's abilities, but also their personality. It has a unique culture that allows employees to be who they are instead of conforming to a static way of doing things. This ideology promotes collaboration within departments and across departments; keeping the company innovative and exciting.
Cons
Not a good environment for people that like to be micro-managed.
