Few engineers were pushed away and have left company during the last half-year because of such despotism there.

It has a unique culture that allows employees to be who they are instead of conforming to a static way of doing things. This ideology promotes collaboration within departments and across departments; keeping the company innovative and exciting.
Cons
Not a good environment for people that like to be micro-managed.
