Pros

1. Location 2. Tuition Reimbursement 3. Flexible Work Schedule

Cons

The 49 Participants lack sufficient knowledge regarding the decisions made by Senior Management. This has led to the unraveling of this organization. Senior Management has failed to collaborate with their joint owner, Georgia Power, on numerous matters. I anticipate that this will result in an undoing and appropriate reform of the electric utility industry. I am optimistic that reporters will soon publish articles regarding the reforms and that both current and former employees will share their perspectives regarding their experiences with this organization. To the best of my knowledge, this organization has only had three senior officers who are women, and none of them are of color. I believe this is also applicable to the board of directors.

Pros

Annual bonus incentive; a chance to learn about the utilities industry

Cons

Micromanagement, low employee morale, subpar salary compared to other utility companies, incompetent management, inflexibility, outdated benefits, everything is outdated, only 1 remote day that’s also heavily monitored, lack of employee events & sandwiches are usually the meal option for every large meeting, feels like a prison
