      Pros

      You learn a lot of varied skills, get to work on your own and work with your hands. Great pay IF you can complete the install in a day.

      Cons

      The hours. 12 hour + days were the norm. You're essentially paid as a subcontractor too so you're getting paid for completed jobs, not as an hourly employee.

      Pros

      My experience has been decent and acceptable. The job is easy, support is great and pay is excellent.

      Cons

      There are some employees who are too loud and disruptive. Having side bar conversations while I am on the phone.

      Even after a sale was made they refused to give me the proper commission
